Remorse

Forgive me but I don't know what I did
You know you hurted me
But you won't admit it
Am I so pitiful
Begging you to excuse me
When we both know it was your fault
You make me feel like I don't belong

It's like I don't have the right to speak
When you're here with me
You know how to put me in my place
If you want me to I'd disappear
Without a trace

It's so irrational I keep saying I'm sorry
For the way you've been treating me

You refuse to apologise
You don't even realise
You did something bad

I already have my problems to solve
And you're just making them worse
Don't you feel any remorse
